All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the current UK rate of 20%. We give 30 days’ notice of any price change. Pricing for complex, fragile or oversized products is agreed during onboarding.
** We reuse your boxes when they arrive in good condition. Otherwise a new box is £3. *** Prepped stock is stored free for 15 days (7 days for case forwarding), then £0.05 + VAT per unit per day. Amazon returns receiving is free for up to 50 units a month.

Common questions
What does a prep centre do?
A prep centre receives your stock, checks it and makes it e-commerce ready (labelling, bagging, bundling, bubble wrap), then ships it to Amazon fulfilment centres or any warehouse you need. You don’t need to handle or store the stock yourself.
Do you only work with Amazon sellers?
No. We work with online sellers on Amazon FBA and other platforms. We prepare stock to the standards your platform and courier require, and ship to Amazon fulfilment centres or any warehouse you choose.
Are there setup or monthly fees?
No. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. You only pay for the units you send and any extras you choose, such as bundling, bubble wrap or pallets.
How is the per-unit price worked out?
Your rate is based on how many units you send in a month. The more you send, the lower your per-unit price. Use the calculator above to see your estimate, then we will confirm your rate when you get started.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the current UK rate of 20%. You can show VAT in the calculator with the toggle.
How long can my stock be stored?
Prepped (ready-to-send) stock is stored free for 15 days (7 days for case forwarding). After that, storage is £0.05 + VAT per unit per day.
Can you handle complex or oversized products?
Yes. Pricing for complex, fragile or oversized products is agreed during onboarding, after we have seen the items.
How will I know what is happening with my stock?
You get photos at each stage, from receiving through to shipping, and a WhatsApp line during office hours. If anything arrives damaged or short, we report it straight away.
